At AssistU, we pride ourselves on our support workers and are committed to delivering the highest level of care.
Are you tired of having different support workers show up each week? Feeling like you have to retell your story over and over again? We understand how important consistency is and that’s exactly what we aim to provide.
We believe building strong, trusting relationships is key. That’s why we carefully match you with the right support workers and provide you with a small, consistent team. You’ll know who is coming to your door, when your supports are scheduled, and feel confident that your support workers truly understand you.
Our team takes the time to get to know your routine, your preferences, and the little things that matter whether that’s your morning routine, your favourite spread on toast, or simply how you like your day to run. Most importantly, they take the time to understand your story.
All of our support workers are either studying towards a relevant qualification or are already qualified. Every team member completes a thorough induction process, including our in-house trauma-informed training, ensuring they are well-prepared to provide safe, consistent, and high-quality support.

At AssistU, we offer one-on-one support with our trauma-informed NDIS support workers to help you get out, get involved, and enjoy your community. Our support is available seven days a week, whether you need a one-off appointment or ongoing assistance to take part in the things you enjoy most.
We tailor our supports around your goals and interests, making sure every outing is comfortable, safe, and meaningful. Before your support worker arrives, they are fully prepared and understand your individual needs and planned activities. You’ll always know who is coming and what supports are being provided, giving you confidence and peace of mind.
Our aim is to support you to build confidence, independence, and connections while making sure you can enjoy the activities that are important to you.
