Assistu care & support services

NDIS Support Work

At AssistU, we pride ourselves on our support workers and are committed to delivering the highest level of care.

Are you tired of having different support workers show up each week? Feeling like you have to retell your story over and over again? We understand how important consistency is and that’s exactly what we aim to provide.

We believe building strong, trusting relationships is key. That’s why we carefully match you with the right support workers and provide you with a small, consistent team. You’ll know who is coming to your door, when your supports are scheduled, and feel confident that your support workers truly understand you.

Our team takes the time to get to know your routine, your preferences, and the little things that matter whether that’s your morning routine, your favourite spread on toast, or simply how you like your day to run. Most importantly, they take the time to understand your story.

All of our support workers are either studying towards a relevant qualification or are already qualified. Every team member completes a thorough induction process, including our in-house trauma-informed training, ensuring they are well-prepared to provide safe, consistent, and high-quality support.

Support Workers

At AssistU CSS, our support workers provide reliable, consistent support tailored to your everyday needs and goals. All of our support workers hold, or are working towards, relevant qualifications and are carefully selected for their values, attitude, and commitment to high-quality care. They are supported by our experienced team to ensure you receive safe, structured, and meaningful support while building strong, trusting relationships.

We have a dedicated Intake and Allocations Coordinator who is your main point of contact for all shifts, changes, and any concerns. When you contact AssistU, you won’t be speaking to someone different each time — you’ll have consistency, clear communication, and someone who understands your supports.

Private Support Work

At AssistU, we provide experienced support workers to meet a wide range of needs. Our team members are qualified or currently studying, hold all required compliance—including Working With Children Checks, Police Checks, and First Aid—and receive ongoing supervision to ensure high-quality, consistent care. We have extensive experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and mental health concerns, delivering care that is calm, capable, and person-centred.

We take the time to carefully match each support worker to the participant, creating a reliable and supportive environment for both the individual and their family, with a strong focus on consistency and trust.

Are you a case manager, care manager, parent, carer, or part of a team within an organisation that requires support hours, but don’t have an NDIS plan in place? We can still help.
